Factory & Quality

Frame welding, powder coating, motor and battery integration, dynamometer testing and end-of-line QC — all in-house.

Dynamometer Testing
In-house dyno benches validate torque curves, range claims and thermal behaviour before any specification is published.

Marketing claims must survive the bench. Our dynamometer cells measure motor torque curves, system efficiency, realistic range under rider-load simulation and thermal behaviour under sustained climbs, producing the test reports that back every datasheet.

Key Features

  • Two dynamometer cells with rider-load and gradient simulation

  • Torque, efficiency and thermal mapping for every drive configuration

  • Range claims validated under standardized mixed-terrain profiles

  • Reports shared with OEM partners as part of each project dossier
